Support a Child
Take a leap of faith this year! Consider opening your heart and sponsor a Child/ Youth from AFNA’s Adopt-
A-Child Program. You may sponsor an individual Child, or many Children! A sponsorship of $100 covers the
child’s expenses for a year. Your sponsorship may be for a year, or for every year until the child graduates
from school and college. You may guide and mentor the child throughout his/her developing years… You
can make a huge difference and impact a life for the better. You may do so on your own, or through
volunteers at AFNA. Nevertheless, your sponsorship would be connected with a Child and his/her progressed
monitored via feedback from volunteers. Your support would provide the child a place to live, three meals a day,
school expenses and ABOVE ALL encouragement, guidance and love you and your family will experience with your
new sponsored child!
It is a noble and charitable experience—impacting another child and expanding your world of influence! With your
permission, your sponsorship may be published at AFNA’S publications or your donation may remain anonymous.

Sponsor a child is an effective method that can be used to contribute to the progress and upliftment of our
people and society. So often, when you give away to a charitable cause, you have no way of knowing who
you are actually helping. In this unique experience, you not only get to know who, but you have the
privilege of getting to know the child one on one. This is a wonderful experience and many times it brings
joy and satisfaction to both the families. This is also an interactive process, where your own children too
gets to participate in another child’s life , less fortunate then them, and henceforth learn to count their
own blessings and fill their young lives with love and gratitude. What better way than this to receive a
beautiful and positive life lesson.
